Leading a team of three from Osynlig, we worked on a complete redesign of the Talent Match product - ranging from external landing page to onboarding and internal core product.
We worked both with discovery and delivery work - identifying new, easier and smarter ways of improving the user experience of the product, while also making sure our work was production ready and could be implemented given current technological constraints.
A key part of our work included focusing on the proposed value proposition of the product - finding new ways to improve it for the user, while also challenging how to frame and packaging the user experience as a whole.
Another important part of the work included discovery-work of a gameification/social reward-system to increase user engagement.
