Making sports broadcasting easy

At Solidsport I worked as Lead Product Designer leading several teams from Osynlig. The overall objective was to eliminate the “UX-debt” that accumulated in the core product over the years. This consisted of:
Working tightly with CPO to work through the current state of the product, talking with support to figure out key user friction points and recommending what actions to take going forward, using tools such as user journey mapping.
Facilitating and scoping work based on the user journey map given constraints in time, budget and business needs.
Leading the redesign work together with other designers from Osynlig, while also creating a design system in order for the design to be scaleable and easily built upon by internal developers.
