I work as an integrated part of their tech team focusing on their app. I worked on three main areas:
Firstly, leading and coaching the junior UI designers, working closely with developers, agile leaders and other departments in order to have a high final quality on the design of the app. This included Design Ops work like maintaining and developing the design system for the app.
Secondly, I lead the business oriented design working closely with founders and CPO in order to discover potential concepts and solutions to help reach our OKR:s.
Thirdly, I established a way of doing continuous user research discovery work, by setting up interviews and user testing as an ongoing work - to better inform the decisions taken regarding the user experience, and also to raise the internal maturity and awareness of user needs.
