Challenging the status-quo in TalentTech

Being Lead Product Designer leading a team from Osynlig, I lead two other designers in discovering and delivering an innovative a new product in TalentTech. The work focused on identifying the value the product would deliver to the users - working conceptually and doing quick user-testing via very high fidelity prototypes to find out what worked and what didn’t. This iterative and high pace of discovery was made possible because of working very closely directly with the founders.

Several Product-concepts were created, some of them not even relying on a single line of code to be written in order to figure out the value of the product offering - opening up for us to be even quicker to test, learn and iterate - which was a key enabler of the work.
