Compricer helps people save money by gathering and comparing different insurance-, electricity- and loan-providers in one place.
At Compricer I led a team from Osynlig - establishing Compricers first internal design team. We were brought in to verify and improve upon a recent redesign that been done in the product. Our overall work consisted of five things:
Establishing how the design team integrates and works within Compricer in order to improve the overall user experience of Compricers core product.
Working integrated with the tech-team to deliver design and improvements on the existing product.
Establishing an internal know-how and knowledge of user needs, via a dedicated user research from Osynlig. This work included continuous user researching and sharing of user findings for the entire Compricer team.
Increasing the level of User Experience-maturity at Compricer - transforming them from being reactive and feature-driven to be value and user-insights driven in the way they work with the product.
Using a Design Sprint, we facilitated a high-level proof of concept for what a potential way forward for Compricers product could be. This was done to manage the risk of pivoting to different product - doing this proof of concept minimised risk, while enabling us to figure out its potential value by testing and learning via our users.
